Double glazed glass is developed to optimize thermal and acoustic performance by combining two glass panes separated by a controlled air or gas space. This structure enhances insulation, reduces energy consumption, and improves overall comfort. We produce double glazed units with precision and innovation, ensuring durability, efficiency, and reliable performance in environments where insulation, safety, and long-term value are critical. Our IGUs are produced using high-quality butyl, silicone, and spacer materials, and are tested in line with EN 1279 standards for gas retention, seal durability, and long-term thermal efficiency.
The glass panes are cleaned, separated by a precision-engineered spacer, sealed around the edges, and often filled with inert gas (typically argon) before final sealing — creating an airtight insulated unit that delivers consistent thermal and acoustic performance over decades.
