Cutting Machine
Fully integrated loading, cutting, and breakout system with manual or automatic loading and air-cushion handling — ensures precise, repeatable cuts across all glass thicknesses.
Tempering Furnace
Advanced convection heating system that increases the endothermic efficiency of the glass, delivering uniform tempering at high throughput and consistent strength across every sheet.
Autoclave
Equipped with a hydraulic pressure door-opening device, plus pressure-maintaining and water-exhausting systems — ensures bubble-free, fully bonded laminated glass every cycle.
Lamination Line
Three-machine production line: horizontal washing and drying, isolated and cooled assembly room with automatic suction, and downstream pre-lamination — engineered for high-clarity laminated output.
Double Glazing Line
High-performance stainless-steel cleaning, manual spacer-bar loading, automatic inner and outer glass alignment — produces sealed insulating glass units to EN 1279 standards.

The quality of our products begins with the careful selection of raw materials meeting strict performance and durability standards. Our incoming float glass is inspected against EN 572 quality criteria for defects, distortion, and inclusions. Coated glass is verified against EN 1096 standards before entering the production line.
By sourcing high-grade components and applying rigorous evaluation criteria, we ensure consistency and reliability in every output — from the interlayer to the final seal.
